jjwib Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jjwib ("jjwib", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of jjwib.net. These Terms govern your access to and use of the jjwib platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slot games, rewards programmes, and any other services offered through jjwib.net.

By completing registration of a jjwib account, you confirm that: (a) you have read these Terms in full; (b) you understand and agree to be bound by them; (c) you are at least 21 years of age; and (d) you are accessing jjwib services in a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register a jjwib account and must not use the jjwib platform.

These Terms should be read alongside jjwib's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with jjwib.

To register and maintain a jjwib account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jjwib enforces this requirement strictly and will request identity documentation at any point to verify age.
• You must be a real person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jjwib employee or affiliated company.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jjwib or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and operate only one jjwib account. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same CNIC, same device, or same IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. jjwib reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.

Verification (KYC)

jjwib is required under its international gaming licence to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a bank statement, or a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account confirming ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jjwib account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Keep your jjwib password confidential and not share it with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not in use on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security, particularly if your account holds a PKR balance.
• Notify jjwib's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Log out of jjwib when using any shared or public device.

jjwib will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request of this nature should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jjwib support immediately. jjwib is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

All jjwib accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the jjwib platform:

Deposits

• Deposits are accepted via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. Minimum deposit amounts are published in the jjwib banking section and are subject to change.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• jjwib does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currencies, or any payment method not listed on the platform.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on your verified jjwib account.
• jjwib targets withdrawal processing within published timeframes. Processing times may be extended if additional verification is required or during periods of high demand.
• jjwib reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requests for source of funds documentation, where required under anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of a player's balance is eligible for withdrawal before bonus requirements are satisfied.

Anti-Money Laundering

jjwib operates in full compliance with its obligations under anti-money laundering (AML) regulations applicable under its international gaming licence. Any account suspected of involvement in money laundering, structuring, or related activity will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant authorities will be notified as required by law.

jjwib offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and a loyalty rewards programme. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified jjwib account and comply with these Terms.
• Each promotion has a stated wagering requirement — the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by promotion.
• Bonuses have a stated validity period. Any bonus balance not used within the validity period will be forfeited.

• jjwib reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The jjwib Rewards programme runs across sports betting, casino, and slot sections. Points accumulation rates, redemption values, and VIP tier thresholds are published in the Rewards section of jjwib.net and are subject to change at jjwib's discretion.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on jjwib, including cricket, PSL, tennis, kabaddi, UFC, and all other sports markets:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. jjwib reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether resulting from a technical error or a human pricing mistake.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to slight delays in acceptance to prevent exploitation of time differences between event outcomes and platform updates.
• jjwib reserves the right to void or limit any bet where there is evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or any other form of irregular activity.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed on the betting interface. jjwib may apply individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion.
• Settlement of bets is based on the official result of the relevant governing body. In the event of uncertainty, jjwib may delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• Abandoned or void events are settled according to the specific rules published for each sport in the jjwib betting rules section.

PSL and Pakistan national cricket team markets receive additional liquidity and coverage on jjwib. Players should note that live cricket markets may be temporarily suspended during significant match events such as wickets or weather delays.

All casino and slot games available on jjwib are supplied by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. The following rules apply to casino and slot play:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed real dealers and equipment. Game outcomes are determined by the software or live game mechanics and are not influenced by jjwib.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• Technical malfunctions — including disconnections during a live casino hand or slot spin — are governed by the software provider's rules. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the disputed amount may be returned to the player's balance at jjwib's discretion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjwib and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the jjwib platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or technical glitches on the jjwib platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity using the jjwib platform.
• Sharing account access with another individual or allowing a third party to place bets on your behalf.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker variants where player interaction is possible.
• Charging back a legitimate deposit to your bank, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa account after using the deposited funds for gaming activity.

jjwib employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

jjwib reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age.
• Account activity that triggers jjwib's fraud, AML, or responsible gaming risk protocols.
• Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the account holder via jjwib's responsible gaming tools.
• Court orders, regulatory directions, or other legal obligations requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any required verification process. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Players may voluntarily close their jjwib account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Upon account closure, the player's data will be retained for the period required under jjwib's data retention policy, consistent with its international gaming licence obligations.

jjwib is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of harm to players. jjwib provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

All content on jjwib.net — including but not limited to the jjwib logo, platform design, software, graphics, text, game assets, odds data, and structural elements — is the property of jjwib or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jjwib platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any jjwib content; reverse-engineer or decompile any jjwib software; use jjwib's name, logo, or branding in any promotional material without explicit written permission; or scrape odds, data, or any other content from jjwib.net for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• jjwib is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the jjwib platform.
• jjwib's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you in your jjwib account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• jjwib is not liable for losses arising from: network failures, internet connectivity issues, device malfunction, or other technical circumstances outside jjwib's direct control.
• jjwib is not liable for any gambling losses. By choosing to bet and play at jjwib, you accept that loss of deposited funds is a possible and accepted outcome of gaming activity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

jjwib collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a jjwib account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during the jjwib account registration and KYC process — including your name, CNIC details, mobile number, and payment account information — is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, complying with legal obligations, processing transactions, and communicating with you about your jjwib account. jjwib does not sell personal data to third parties.

Players have rights under applicable data protection laws to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data held by jjwib, subject to jjwib's legal retention obligations under its international gaming licence. Data access requests should be submitted to [email protected].

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jjwib's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jjwib platform, the following process applies:

1. Internal Review: All disputes must first be submitted to jjwib's customer support team via Live Chat or by email to [email protected]. jjwib will acknowledge the dispute within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
2. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following jjwib's internal review decision, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body under jjwib's international gaming licence. 3. Finality of Bet Settlement: Once a bet has been settled by jjwib's trading team and the result confirmed, settlement decisions are final and cannot be reversed other than in the case of a demonstrable system error or official result change by the governing body of the relevant sport.

jjwib reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, jjwib will provide reasonable advance notice to players via email to the registered address on their jjwib account and/or a prominent notice on jjwib.net.

Continued use of the jjwib platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using jjwib and may close your account by contacting support. jjwib will return any verified real-money balance to you following account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at jjwib.net/terms-conditions and is date-stamped with the most recent effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
